Shipping policy

Soy presale shipping exception (October 5–18, 2026, Eastern time): Orders containing soy presale candles are scheduled to ship October 19–28, 2026. The entire order ships together, including regular products and the free oil gift. This presale shipping window replaces the regular dispatch timing below for these orders. Payment is collected in full at checkout.

Products are subject to availability, and will be shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase. We are a small batch, handmade company.

Shipping transit times begin after dispatch, not on the order date. October 19–28 is the soy presale shipping window, not a delivery guarantee.
